Does StrongProject publish a price list?

We don’t publish a price list because our products vary in size, configuration, and finish, which affect the price. Since each client has unique design needs, the best way to get pricing is to add items to your Quote Request Form. A Project Consultant will then provide you with a preliminary budget.

How do I find out what an office build-out would cost?

Use our Budget Your Office Tool by entering your office’s square footage. It will give you price estimates for three budget options: Value, Pro, and Luxury. Even the Value option offers stylish, modern furniture that will enhance your space. Our team of expert Project Consultants is ready to help you plan and buy the perfect office furniture, all while staying within your budget.

Will I save money working with StrongProject?

Yes, our expert Project Consultants can help you create an affordable furniture package that fits your budget. If the preliminary budget exceeds your limit, we can adjust your quote to lower costs while keeping the design intact. You can also save more through our StrongProject program, which offers discounts, and our financing options allow you to make monthly payments to preserve your cash. I am not furnishing a complete office, but I am interested in specific pieces and designs. How do I get a quote?

To get pricing, simply add products from our Modular Office Furniture Collection to the Quote Request Form and submit it. A Project Consultant will then send you a preliminary budget. The form works like a shopping cart, letting you select items without any obligation to buy. If you prefer, you can call us at 888-871-5777 to speak directly with a Project Consultant for a budget estimate.

How do I get started working with StrongProject?

There are two easy ways to get started with us:

  1. Browse our Product Collection, add items you like to the Quote Request Form, and click Submit. A Project Consultant will then contact you to discuss your needs and provide a preliminary budget.
  2. If you’re short on time, simply fill out the Project Specs Form or call us at 888-871-5777. A Project Consultant will reach out to understand your design vision and budget.

In both cases, please send us your AutoCAD file, and we’ll create a preliminary furniture layout. We’ll then refine the design and help with finish selection until we have the perfect furniture mix for your space.

How can I get the dimensions of the products I am interested in?

Most of our furniture items are customizable in size. Our Project Consultants can help you configure them to fit your space. If you provide an AutoCAD file of your space, we’ll offer a free test-fit layout. Simply submit the file through our Project Specs Form or email it to your consultant, and we’ll handle the rest. If you don’t have a consultant yet, one will be assigned after we receive your file. Your building management can typically send you the AutoCAD file if you ask.

How long does it take to receive my furniture once I place my order?

The time it takes depends on your furniture selection. For a “Quick Ship” option, items typically ship in 5-10 business days, though design choices are more limited. Standard manufacturing lead times are usually 4-7 weeks, while specialized or imported items may take 10-12 weeks. Add 3-5 business days for shipping and installation. Speak with your Project Consultant to find the best options for your timeline.

Is StrongProject a one-stop shop for furnishing my entire office space?

We handle everything from space planning to furniture purchasing and installation. When you contact us, a Project Consultant with up to 17 years of experience will guide you through the process. Whether you’re new to this or experienced, we’ll help you create a beautifully furnished office that fits your budget. If you need help selecting finishes or coordinating with your branding, we’ve got you covered. For experienced clients, we’ll ensure the process is smooth and efficient.

Does StrongProject ship and install furniture nationwide?

Yes, StrongProject’s Southern California office handles furniture planning for projects nationwide. Thanks to the Internet and low-cost communication tools, remote planning is as easy as local planning. We’ve shipped projects to Australia and Nigeria. We also have a National Installation Network providing white glove services across the U.S. When you order from us, your furniture ships to a local warehouse for installation. For international projects, we ship to your chosen U.S. freight forwarder.

The original space was dark and lacked natural light, with offices along the walls. We worked with the landlord’s team to remove the walls and let light flow throughout. Despite the changes, Strong Project understood the vision and suggested furniture that fit perfectly. Their careful attention and teamwork allowed us to complete the project from over 2,800 miles away, using just email, pictures, and conversation. The result was an amazing space.
